Hanaa Turkistani is a distinguished Saudi visual artist, photographer, and academic trainer, renowned for her expertise in architectural and nature photography. Holding a Bachelor of Arts with Honors, her strong academic foundation and creative vision have positioned her as a leading figure in both fine arts and professional photography.
Currently serving as a Certified Photography Instructor at Abdulwahid Company, Hanaa has made significant contributions to the local and international art scene, participating in major exhibitions such as the Opera House Art Exhibition, Colors of Saudi Arabia, Historic Jeddah, and the Xposure International Photography Festival. She proudly represented Saudi Arabia at the Sharjah Heritage Days Exhibition (2022) and was honored with a solo exhibition at the Xposure Festival (2023), one of the world’s most prestigious photography events.
Her professional roles also include serving as a jury member for notable competitions, including the Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (Humanity Category, 2021) and the “Spaces of Light” Competition at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (2024).
Beyond exhibitions, Hanaa has undertaken large-scale projects, including documenting over 7,000 images for SAL Logistics Services stations in Jeddah and Riyadh in 2023. She is also a strong advocate for supporting Arab photographers, having organized and sponsored multiple photography contests.
